19s fill up the fenders in our cars extremely well and seem to be the most popular size for all around function and form. 18s will be good for track and daily driving and yes, will allow you to run bigger tires. Depending on what width wheels you get, you can still get 19s and run a 40 tire.
Just did a little more research on the NT05 which is the tire im looking for, and the widest tire they have for 19's with a 40 sidewall is 255 looking for at least 295 in the rear so im going with 18's. Thanks for the help!

Hi guys i have a friend that want to trade my OEM Rays for his Volk GTS wheels (reason he is selling his car). My question is that the wheel offsets are 19x9.5 +32 front and 19x10.5 +28 rear. Seems like an odd offset... Will these sit flush? They don't have to be perfect but i don't want them tucked in a lot. I am currently on Tein H-Tech springs so mild drop. Also will they clear my Brembos? Any input on this is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Question what kind of mods will I need to do to run a 20x10 with +35 or +40 up front on a 1st Gen sedan? Tires will probably be 235/35 or 245/35. Dont mind tire stretch or rolling fenders or even a pull the fender? Will camber upper arms be needed?

i currently have a 2007 g35 coupe with factory rays. I found a nice set of 20s that are 10 inches all around and 45 offset. Will this work on the car (concerned about front)? Just to add, im currently using 20mm/25mm front/rear spacers with factory rays,

Just measure how far out you want the wheels to come out. Not difficult to see. But stock wheels usually need 20-25mm spacers to look flush. It's your preference how far you want them to move.

Looking to run 19x9.5 fronts with 255/35 and 19x10.5 rear 275/35. Best offset? 2007 coupe, lowered about 1", camber kits front and rear. I don't want to roll/pull fenders or use spacers. I don't care about looking flush, I just don't want to rub, ever. I assume the rear won't be much of a problem, but how about the front? Anyone ever run 255/35/19 on 9.5 up front without rubbing? What offset did you use? Would a +25 front and rear work with this setup? Thanks for any shared wisdom.

I'm running 19x9.5 + 22 in the front and 19x11 + 25 in the rear and I think it's a perfect fit. Your VDC light may be on all the time due to the 3% rule on the tire sizes. I'm running 245/35 front and 275/35 rear. The front is legit flush and the rear has a tiny amount of poke. I'm also running 0 camber and no rolling of the fenders, lowered on HKS Hipermax III coils.

You sure? 255/35/19 and 275/35/19 have almost the same relative diameter differential as stock equipped tires on VDC vehicles, far closer than any of the other commonly proposed substitutes. I outline my confusion here:

Damn, is $350 including tires? I couldn't find any XXR's for that price per wheel.

I'm planning on getting some Varrstoen ES7R's for my 04 coupe.

19x9.5 and 19x10.5 +22 all the way around. I'm gonna roll the fenders and probably get coils, but I was wondering what is a good sized tire to put on them if I still want to see some meat. I don't like the tucked look and want an aggressive look.

I see most get a 35. Is 40 too tall?
