Pretty broad question. I want poke and stretch and not throw off the awd light(no more than 3% difference) at the same time. Is this possible?

How big of a difference % wise can VDC handle before it gets upset? Right now I'm running 245/35/19 fr and 255/40/19 in the rear on my 06 coupe as per many members suggestion (OEM was 225/40/19 fr and 245/40/19 rear - OEM 19"s). VDC is happy and I'm enjoying the handling.

I'm looking to buy a winter setup 17x7.5 wheels with 215/55/17 on all corners.. I know it'll be a little bigger in the front and smaller in the rear overall diameter but would the 2.4% (-.9% front and +1.5% front) difference from stock really matter? To me it seems like the best size for traction in the snow, plus I'd be able to rotate front to back. I'm thinking tire wear and pressure could equate to a bigger difference.

Edit: Now that I think about it and ran some numbers, the setup I'm running now is actually a bigger change in overall diameter from stock than the winter setup I'm proposing, except that the front is smaller and the rear is taller.. I can't imagine this would matter, right?

Question Tire/Wheel upgrade for 07 G35x

I would like to switch from stock 17" to 18" and would like to know the correct 18"rim width and tire size. Which brands of tires would be recommended for summer driving only and what gains can I expect in handling/braking. Does anyone recommend changing sway bar to larger diameter?

I just had new tires put on and it seems every two weeks or so the tire pressure light comes on, they are low and I fill them and it goes away. Should I get them remounted at a different place or could there be another problem?

I'm looking to put 17's or 18's on an 06 Coupe w/ Sports Suspension Package for my winter tires.

I'd like to go down to 215's for the width (front and rear), what tire/wheel size should I be looking at?

Currently I have the 225/40R19 and the 245/40R19's, I assume I'll need to go taller than 40 to keep the same height and keep the speedo honest.

Thanks

2004 G35 Sedan

I gotta '04 G35 Sedan, looking to put some dubs on it, dont wanna drop it, live in the northeast (too many suspension issues), but want a nice aggressive look to it...

I would roll the fenders in the rear if needed...

Do not want to drop it at all, want to keep it factory

looking to go 285-30/20 in the rear and 255-30/20 in the front

Any suggestions????

Of course I would like the car to ride the same or to be smooth at least..
