Question about Volk wheels

I bought a set of used SF Challenge and they are missing one of the bolts. Someone replaced it with another bolt, but it look like ****. It's an M7 and I'm finding it very difficult to find that style bolt in the right size. I can get an M8 that is identical, but of course it's slightly larger. My question is would it be okay to drill out the hole in the wheel big enough for the M8 bolt to fit? It's a small amount so I don't think it would be a problem, but I figured I would ask first.

I tried Volk. They suck and won't sell the bolts separately.

It's 1" long. It's either chrome or polished SS with a 6mm allen. I would need the nut for the backside as well. If you can get them get me a few and I'll pay you for them.

What does size is the allen head for the sf challenge use? m7x1.0? I tried to look at the recommended sites, but does not show that type.
