Not so OE19s tire size

I am sending my oe19s (fronts) to weldcraft to get the widened and I'm wondering if I should do + 2 or 2.5". I am dropped on z s techs and have 20/25 mm spacers. I am moving my rears up front and vice versa. Should I do 10 or 10.5? What would be a good tire size for either set up

thanks in advance

If you are moving the 8.5's to the front, then I would just go 10". The widest you can in the front is a 255, so the widest you should go on the rear is 285. Any more stagger than that isn't optimal for handling. There is no point in going to a 10.5 because a 10" wheel holds a 285 just fine, and you will be adding less overall weight to the car

well, im planning on keeping the OE 245/40 set-up for the "fronts", so 285/35s would be pretty good?

do not run the 245/40/19 in the front, it is too tall.

Fitment - since you are dropped and have spacers they will rub. Try it first before doing anything.

quick suggestion.

8.5 up front 245/35 25mm spacer - sell your 245/40 tires

275/35 9.0/9.5 inch width with 20mm spacers

it will fit, but the issue would be VDC issues. your 40 wall might be to tall for your rear wall. 30/35 series wall.

Yeah you are definitely going to want a 285/35 tire on the rear if you are going with a 245/40 up front. I think a rule of them is to keep the sidewall heights the same or at a delta of 5. I have 35 up front and 30 in the rears and its not causing me any issue...both tire sizes are supposed to be 26" OD on mine, but I have a slight stretch in the front so its realistically probably a little shorter than specs.
