I vote for 245/40/19 all the way around. I'm dropped an inch and no rubbing at all.
I like the look and drive better than 35's. You mignt want to think about spacers as well with that high offset. I'm running coupe 19's that are +30 and +33.

I think you would be more likely to rub via the rim not the tire (in the front). The arm curves in pretty drastically past the rim. Test fit the rim and see if you need spacers. Honestly I think you should get some 10mm spacers for the front.

Looks like your wheels will be 7mm (.3") closer to the arm.

245/35 19 8.5" et38 for his and
245/35 19 8" et45 for yours.

I purchased Yokohama AVS 245/35/19 all around. Here are some pics and I do need some spacers on the front but not more than 15mm:
