Question Looking for these wheels....Sorta

Okay i really want the Work Meister 3 piece but cant afford them. What can i get that are very similar to them for now until i can afford the real thing. I am in love with the step lip and rivets!

I looked at the XXR521 just because of the step lip but they are more of a mesh wheel. You guys got any idears???????

Why not just save up until you can afford them? Or if you have some Rays, get 20mm/25mm spacers to make them look somewhat flush.

Seems to be a bad idea, to me anyway, financially to get wheels and then save up to only get another set of wheels.

^^ are you selling them? Also, how do they ride with 10's in the front. I like to take aggressive turns and was wondering how a wide wheel like that would handle. What size tires are you running? Do you have hub rings with them and how do they feel at high speeds? Sorry for the 21 questions but i like the looks of them and want to make a decent buy.

Hey bud,

I think you posted on my 5 month progression thread... I actually have the XXR521's in black. At the time of that post I was running 20x10.5 all the way around.. Using 20mm spacers upfront and 15mm spacers in back. The 20mm spacers barely cleared the brembo brakes..

I just downsized the fronts yesterday to a 20x8.5 and kep the rears the same and kept the spacers the same.

I am very pleased with these wheels.

^^ Yea, my prob with the 8.5 in the front is that they dont have the step lip. I like the look of them all the way around.

Holy ****, i really asked all these questions and got all the answers already. Im a friggin ritard. Sorry guys for the duplicate thread.

But actually, i was wondering if there were any wheels out there similar to the Work Meister 3 piece that were affordable. That was the real purpose for this thread. Thanks again tho for the info!
