Vibration after 19" installed.
Vibration after 19" installed.
Hey guys.
I just got my new 19" tires/ rims installed. Had the roadforce balanced.
I'm getting alot of vibration when I accelerate pass 50-60mph. But when I just cruise without pressing the gas pedal there is no vibration. What could cause this problem???
Also my front axle is messed up. The passenger side boot is torn up. Can this be the problem?? I didn't feel any vibration with my stock rims.

Im not sure if the shop used a hubs ring. They did the road force balance. Also my axle is kinda of messed up. Could this be causing the vibration? I didn't feel much vibration with my stock 17".
Should you be running bolt on spacers.
A slight interference on the spacer lug nut head to the back of your 19" wheel could cause shaking. Some wheel backs have no clearance pockets like your 17" wheel may have.

I got aftermarket spline lug nuts for my rims.
Im not sure what bolt on spacers are??? can u explain?
If 19" gets harsher ride than the 17", its just a harsher ride, as in with more road feedback. But I shouldnt be getting vibrations?? right???
Here are some pics of my rims....

Your wheels are bolted directly on to the OEM hub and lug studs. You do not have wheel spacers. Take it question to the wheel installer is your next move. Have them examine and test drive it and tell you what the vibration could be coming from.
