g man35, I've driven about 200 miles so I think they've settled. IMO, stick with your G HTechs or go with another spring that'll lower the back of your car more. Your goal was to lower the back of your G more and the Z springs will end up being about the same.

Send an e-mail to Tony or Jason at parts@perfnissan.com. Ask them to match another vendors price of $165.00 shipped (350zonlinestore.com). I went thru Tony because of their good reputation with the Z guys. Awesome service as I got my springs the very next day
Thanks for the info. I just sent an inquiry to Jason a few minutes ago.
Thanks to this thread, I am pulling the trigger on the 350Z H-techs. Camber issues seems to vary by car, so I will just have to keep my fingers crossed.

g man, I've only driven the car about 300 miles since getting the springs and it has settled a tad more (measured using a yardstick). Like I said, the Z Htechs probably won't suit your needs if you're look for more of a drop compared to the G Htechs.
SolidForce,
As Sponger mentioned, I have had the Tein H-Techs for the 350Z for 2 months now. I'm very pleased with the drop, ride and performance. The ride with the H-Techs was very close to stock before I put the Hotchkis Sway Bars on. The Sways stiffened up the ride, but the car really hugs the road now. The alignment came in just within specs. You can check out pics of my Red G35C in the Wheel & Tire section - Red G35 Rims page #2.

CreativeAutoworks, $160 shipped for these springs is a good deal!
As a reminder, the whole idea running a Z Tein H-tech spring on the G35 is that it wraps up a mild drop that should allow you to avoid expensive aftermarket camber correction and equally important for those that want to maintain how the car's balance, the Z H-tech's do NOT have the weaker then oem rear spring rates that both G35 Tein lowering springs do. This will matter to those that want to maintain as much of the car's handling mannerism. Weaker rear spring rates move roll stiffness to the front of the car, the car already understeer's, that will add more.
If you find that the Z H-tech's don't lower the rear of the car as much as you like, their is a way to change that, vs going to a different spring with less performance to offer. https://g35driver.com/forums/wheels-tires/44778-5-drop-rear-without-springs.html
A even better spring then the Z H-tech's for those wanting performance first and formost, would be the RSR down spring ment for the Z. BUT, at around a 1.1" drop. The odd's of needing whole car camber correction increases.
As we look to aftermarket springs, especially one's that increase spring stiffness over oem rates, we owe it to ourself's to make certain that we are open to the idea that maybe, just maybe the oem shocks aren't quite going to cut it. I think a number of owner's exist that simply don't have the experience or knowledge to sense that the oem shocks might not be providing the best control for their ride, not a put down, would just like to see owners get the most out of their cars. Frankly, every G35 even with oem springs would be improved with aftermarket shocks like Koni's or Tokico D-specs.

Now for those of us looking for a little more performance out of this, should we concider new shocks right away like Tokico D-Spec?
I have a little money left over after ordering rims/tires but I do not want to spend it foolishly or have to spend even more to get more camber corrections $$ after doing this. The wheels are on the way 18x9 +18 front, 18x10 +22 in rear, 245/275/40 combo.
For those experts out there can you let me know??
Do I just do the springs (Z H-Tech) or add the shocks (Tokico D-Spec)?
If I add the shocks, will the drop increase more?
Will I need to get camber correctioneither way?
Will I rub / need to roll fenders?
THANKS!!!!
