I am looking at getting a set of wheels which are 18x8 +20mm with 245/40/18 in the front & 18x9 +30mm with 275/40/18 in the rears - will this setup fit without any rubbing? I don't have Brembos, so I don't need to worry about that at all, I just want to have an aggressive stance without having to roll the fenders. I will be lowering my car with the Tein S-Tech springs. Does anyone know if this setup will work with the lowered suspension?

blackGcoupe - I think it's pretty much impossible to rub if you roll/shave the fenders with the 9.5 +19, 10.5 +17 offset - there are two G coupes running those sizes with 255/35 front and 285/35 rear and both are doing fine after rolling the fenders... if you want the super-aggressive look and don't mind rolling/shaving the fenders, that setup is the way to go... but in my case, I didn't want to have to deal with that, so I opted for a different setup that has yet to be tried-out (9.5/10.5 +29 all the way around)

OK! I think I might have this figured out now.
I have a G Coupe, NO BREMBO. My best setup on these wheels is going to be.......
19 x 9.5 front +29 = 67mm rim depth
19 x 10.5 rear +29 = 80mm rim depth
CAN someone confirm this? I want an aggressive look, FLUSH, big lip up front and bigger in back. No mods.

After looking at my wheels VERY closely, I do think that the front wheels will clear Brembo brakes... I can not guarantee it, but I know that I have over 1 1/4in. of clearance between the caliper and the spokes on the front wheels... the rears will clear no problem...
I've been told by others that the Wilwood and the Rotora kits will also fit my wheels... it would probably be close (very close) but I think they'll actually fit...

Hi there BZA. I love your setup but have Brembos and it seems that there is still some debate whether or not the +29 9.5 will fit over the Brembos on the front. Any chance you or anyone else with this wheel can try fitting it on a G35C with Brembos? I just saw the post by another board member who bought the +19 fronts and they look a little funny because they stick out past the fender. Not what I want. I'll either have to buy the 8.5 fronts or the 9.5 +29 (if you can confirm that they fit). Thanks a bunch.

The problem with my +19 in the front is not the sticking out..Actually it lines up with the fender okay...its the TIRE..the 245 TIRE IS WAY too small for that rim..and makes the rim look "outward" because of the stretched tire in front...i will be changing to a 255 tire ..
as for the +29...As i stated before i had +29 ordered in front..and when mackin recieved my order they corrected it..stating that the +29 won't fit...
now don't get my wrong...my car looks hot as F**king hell...(like the others on the site with the same or similar set-up)..already had one person take a pic of it at starbucks as i was sipping on my drink watching it from the inside....the 2" dish front and almost 3" dish in the back..is amazing when the car is rolling....I would like it better with the 255 in front....i'll live with the 245 for now ...
