Tire size suggestion

Just bought Inovit Force 5 19 staggered rims 8.5 front and 9.5 back.

Looking for new all season tires suggestions but don't know what size to get.

I live in NY so it's wet and a lot of pot holes recently.

I currently have 20' staggered 9 front 10 back with Nexen N7000 225/35R/20 and 275/35R20 (came with the car when I bought it). Front is not flush and I feel like they are stretched and poorly handle pot holes. I've had to fix the front rim several times.

I want to get thicker side walls and make sure it's flush to the rim. Would 45 front and 40 back fit and what widths?
