Been there for sure. My 2nd G came with a Stillen SC so it is 10x worse. Can't even feather the pedal to catch. Not that the Stillen SC offers much power, but considering its busts loose stock, it's ridiculous. The old owner ran Toyo Proxes for this reason but those are pricey a and burn up quickly.

What tire size should I get to have a nice look?
I thought about 245/35 all around so I could rotate my tires, any other ideas I could do? How would 275 in the rear look?
Im dropped 1.5 in the front and 1 in the rear on coilovers btw.
I've got the same wheel setup and find 35 series 245-front & 275-rear work nicely with a medium to aggressive drop.
That tire setup can still look aggressive without having a crazy hard ride.
I'm dropped on Tein 350Z s-techs w/ an extra .5" drop in the rear with the spring mount mod.
I should have some pics in my garage to check out.
I'm currently running 255s up front cause they came as a set with the 275s from craigslist.

Michelin...worth the $$

I've always run 245s front and 275s rear since I got my first set of Volks with low -20" offsets. Check out TireRacks price on Michelin Pilot Super Sports, (UTQG is 300) they sell for wholesale and you'll never find a better tire rain or shine...I promise!

I am way more aggressive on offsets than you:

20 x 9.5 (+09)
20 x 10.5 (+11)

I'd like to run 245/35/20 F and 275/35/20 but the problem is my Eibach Prokit drop of 1.1 and 1.0 has turned into 2.25 and 2.1 inch drop due to sagging springs and/or blown Tokico D-Specs. So I can't pull this off until I get some coilovers and raise it back up 1/2" to 3/4". I'm not a fan of stretched tires either but that's all that works for now.
I'm on HKS HiperMax III's and idk how much of a drop it is. Here are the pics. Also, my sizes are 19x9.5 +28 in front on 255/35 and 19x10.5 +29 in the rear on 285/35.
