You're kidding, right? 20,000 times one-half of a percent is 100, in case anybody else is having trouble.

Unhappy Math ain't my strong point...

OK, my bad 20,000 * .005= 100 Again, if a set of his wheels costs 2,500 dollars (I don't know how much they are) $2,500 * 100= $250,000 in lost sales for blowing off ONE customer. And that's on ONE forum! How many did he post on?

WillCG isn't the only one to get the run around. When I bought my wheels a few months back they missed their promissed ship date (3) times. I did finally get them 6 weeks late but the interesting part to my story is that iForged blamed their finisher! My set is chrome and they told me that the chrome shop was delying my finish. The next excuse was that one of the wheels looked like crap so that sent it back to do again. When I finally did pick up the wheels, I learned that all that was a load of sh*t. Turns out that for chrome you need a (3) piece wheel and they originally made a two piece set for polishing. Now why in the hell didn't you just say that to begin with? Great looking wheels but very questionable service.

Like someone earlier mentioned, this is not an isolated incident. You will see "iForged screwed me" threads pop up if you frequent any of the Z/G car forums. Most have to do with customer service (missed shipped dates, repair of faulty product, miscommunication, etc). A lot of people like their wheels but I would never take a chance with them.

P.S. I love math.
