As everyone else in this thread has said, that is BS service. Every business should thrive on customer service. What's that popular saying...I can't think of it... O yeah!!! Customer is always right. Obviously, IForged has a different opinion. I'm sorry to hear about your incident and hope that something good comes out of all this. Everyone makes mistakes...but what makes or breaks a company is how they handle their mistakes. In this case, IForged is broken.

 

man the weird thing is that i attended high school with that vincent wong dude, and believe it or not, a lot of my peers really disliked him. first of all he did lie a lot and second he was really cocky. everything you said about vincent is true and the funny thing is i can't believe he's still like that.

i always see him rolling around cerritos, ca in a porsche acting all hard, but serioulsy i'm not suprised about his company being shady like that.

Out of hand? Are you crazy! People should know this things so they dont have to go through what this guys did! Iforged should have just sent him a new wheel after 11months. But I guess if you would have waited 11months you would just suck it up eh.

 

You had a bad experience with iforged. It makes sense to simply tell your story to vent, but why are you making it a point to personally slander Vince Wong. Take it easy, it seems as if your final goal is put him out of business.

Nope. I don't have Volks. And I also don't "play" myself by assuming that other peoples' wheel choices are "played". But go right ahead and insult people who bought iForged wheels by calling them "suckers" for expecting a quality product. What reason can you provide to justify expecting these people to simply know that buying iForged was a bad idea?

 

This is the fault of iForged. The company could have simply provided decent customer service. What would that have cost them versus the cost of being called on the carpet for their mishandling of this situation? Every good business must weigh that and make a decision. Mr. Wong weighed that and made the wrong decision and now he's going to have to deal with it. He chose to respond weakly and there are consequences for making such a poor choice. Period.
