I know a lot of you have had to experience delays with your orders, and we at Creative Autoworks on behalf of ourselves and the other dealers apologize. However these delays have not gone unheard to DPE, and they have taken a step to increase there customer service.

I have attached a letter from DPE direct, and would encourage all those who have experienced delays lately to please contact them.

I been waiting 10 weeks and counting...was originally quoted 6 weeks

C'mon DPE, I know delays happen, but this is getting ridiculous. When I heard the news of "two more weeks", I almost wanted to cancel my order.

I've already previously contacted DPE regarding their letter, I hope the rebate is something substantial.
