I finally got my rims. 19x8.5 front 19x9.5 rear. Just waiting for those Eibachs to settle...lol.

Are those Ray's G-Games or VOLK SF-Challenges?

If they are G-Games, they look great! Glad to see that a G has them. I ordered them back in Feb. and received them last week. I didn't accept them because I was looking for a larger lip for the front and the rear. I have seen a 350Z at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2003 with Ray's G-Games 19x10 (4" lip) and 19x9 (2 1/2" lip) That was the look I was going for. I made the order for them once I seen that Z and hoping it will be the same as it. But as it turns out, the offset that Discount Tire were conservative ending up that the rear will have 2 1/2" lip and front 2". I told them that I wanted a larger lip and I would use spacers to achieve this look. They of course didn't recommend it and I have to give perfect specs to have the rim built to the way I wanted plus once it's built, you bought it, no going back. I didn't want to go through all the trouble for it after thinking about it for about 1 week.

I went ahead and put myself on the list for order on VOLK Gram Lights 57F-Pro (19x10.5 and 19x9.5). These are beautiful rims. The rear lip is 4 1/4" inches for the offset I'm getting and the front lip is 2 1/2".

I'll post some pics on a new thread.

BTW: AWESOME RIMS!!! Sorry I went on a tangent there, I guess I needed to vent at the same time. =P

If they are SF-Challenges then, I LOVE THEM!! Not that easy to get right now plus they cost more than the normal VOLK series. Take it easy!

Thanks guys...those are the Volk SF Challenges. It took a while for me to get. I was looking for a fatter rear lip as well but I couldn't wait...lol.

Good choice.. It's weird how much gap you have compared to my car. I don't think my tires are any larger than your in diameter. What series tires are you running in the front and back? Also what kind of tires do you have? Just curious.

The tires are made by Continental. Your ride sits better than mine. I wish they made 20's for my type of rims. Your 20's are tight Wreck. I hope my springs settle down a little faster. I had it dropped on Eibachs just two days ago. I'm just waiting for Tein to fix the noise problem they have before I buy them.

What color are those? In the first pic they look almost gunmetal, but in the second, they look silver...whatever finish they are, that is one of the sweetest setups I have seen so far - all you're doing is making my decision between DG and OB that much harder!

 

The rims are silver. The tires are 245/45 zr I think, I don't kno whether my continentals are II's...I have to double check. I have more than and inch brake clearance from the caliper to the spokes.

Hmm...I don't know. They were rather affordable. I just chose the rims that would look good and clear the brake calipers with no problem. They just came out so I don't know. Are G-games and Volk SF Challenges the same rim? They look like it to me. I first saw these rims in a japanese magazine on the Top Secret g35. I kept asking around different shops here in the US if they had any in stock but most places never heard of G-Games. So then I asked for SF Challenges and they knew what I was talking about.

 

Damn...that is a nice choice of rims man....
I was originally thinking of these as well...if you don't mind, could you pm me w/ how much you paid for those?

I'm waiting around to see if and when Volk puts out the GT-U's in a 19"...I wanted to go 20's but not while I work out here in Downtown Los Angeles....
