Wheel Spacers Installation

I received my 15mm Kics Project Spacers but the manual is in Japanese and I need to know how much torque should be used for the lugs.

Thank You

If I remember correctly the instructions said 102 N-m which is 75 ft-lbs. Just tighten it onto the existing bolts in a "star" pattern as if you were putting on a wheel. I was having some vibration problems at certain speeds, so I also got the 15mm hubcentric ring if you want to keep your wheels on the hub.

they sell the centering rings separately. $25 for the pair of rings.

Another question?

Should the alignment be done with the spacers installed or not?

Thank you

yes and no.

yes if you encounter too much tramlining or adverse tracking issues
with the wider track from the spacers while going over mild bumps and
dips. or, you get rubbing.

no if you don't feel any difference in straightline performance.

but if you're going to be using the spacers from now on, just put them on
and get the alignment done.
