Volk Racing GT-7 and Tein Basic Colilvers

I got my GT-7's put on today. Gunmetal in color. The gunmetal matches the diamond graphite to a T, the pics may make them look a tad dark, but they look EXCELLENT.

Also installed the first set of Tein Basic coilovers for the G35. Man these are the best bang-for-the buck coilovers out there. Got them installed for under 1K. Very nice ride, stiff but not too stiff. I adjusted the ride-height to give me about 1 finger to fit. Sorry forgot to take my camera with me to the place so I didn't take pics of the suspension, but beileve me, they're gorgeous.

Rear shot for those wanting to see tire-width. (About a good 12" of width)

Well, congrats, your the first know person to install the Tein Basics. Their's allot of Z owners that are waiting for someone to buy them and do a review. Drive on them awhile to get some real world impressions and please post a review. If your not on my350z.com I'll do a post their and link it to the review if and when you do the review, for the members their.

Very Sweet! Man, yuor making it hard for me to decide between these and the Sf Winnings. BTW, what were your offsets? And what did you pay for the wheels without tires.

Re: Volk Racing GT-7 and Tein Basic Colilvers

narkotic,

that armorall on your tire is killing me eyes...too shinny...hehehhehe..jk

Nice set of wheels you got there. Hey i notice your camber didn't get that bad. I assume you didn't lower that much. BTW, where are you planning to perform the alignment at? Anyone here know of a good place to do alignment in Orange County?

congrats man, i must say you are one crazy ****. Still brand new license plate and already lower and new set of wheel. Now next thing you should do is the audio. Nice ride require nice sound system .

Re: Volk Racing GT-7 and Tein Basic Colilvers

Who says I haven't done the audio yet? muwhahaha

to be honest... i'm a huge audio enthusiast..but getting older the loud car audio system isn't very applealing to me much. Every car i've owned has had a 1000+ plus watt audiophile setup. I hate to admit this ,but the bose system is'nt that bad... I'll probably just add a sub to it maybe upgrade the speakers... at the moment i'm developing a wire harness to change the satellite in to an aux in so I can have a cleaner sound from my mp3 player. (which i have shoved in the navi glovebox and hooked up with a tape adapter)
