Motor swap

It shouldn't be a problem. Aside from swapping the transmissions over, there will probably be some differences with some of the bracketry, wiring, etc...
You'll just have to pull them both and start swapping components over where you see differences. It's not a 2 hour job, so if you have any more questions, maybe wait longer than that before bumping your thread.
Now would also be a good time to change the clutch while you are in there.

Wrong, wrong, wrong. Please don't post sh*t advice here unless you are absolutely sure it's 100% correct. If the OP had listened to you he might have wasted a couple of thousand dollars buying something he might not be able to use.
OP you need to do a lot of reading in the Engine/Drivetrain forum on swapping in a rev-up motor for a non-rev. It's not a direct plug and play and might even need an ECU swap. it's been years since I read up on it so my memory is fuzzy concerning the details. I know you want this done ASAP but this isn't the time to get in a hurry. Do your research and do the swap correctly or you run the risk of making huge mistakes.

Listen to this last advice, get the correct engine and replace with the same engine. You can use one that had an auto behind it and if you use one that you buy from a brake yard that came from a wreck be sure to inspect it good and get a 30 day on it. Most require you to return the core engine by 14 days or no 30 days on the replacement, best just to take the blown engine if pos. Also this is no easy task, one thing you want to do is new plugs and use the injectors off the old engine, throttle body , coils ,wiring remove carefully, all this stuff worked on your engine. The replacement engine has been setting out in the weather for who knows how long, check and make sure it doesn't have water in it. Fresh oil, filter , new coolant and that was a very good idea a new clutch while you are doing it.
