New to Gs and this forum.... HELP?!
Hi everyone, I am BRAND NEW to this forum. Never owned an Infinity or Nissan in my life. My wife fell in love last night with the look and sound of the new G37 IPL so we traded in her turbo hyundai sonata for it. (big step up for her) I am used to more power though seeing as I have a 2010 Ford Taurus SHO and a 2005 Cadillac CTS-V. The SHO is tuned, intake, exhaust and runs very low 13s possibly 12s on a nice enough day. The V runs high 12s with headers, high flow cats, straight pipes, K&N intake and tuned. I have yet to run the G37 at the track but will be doing so at the end of the month. I already am buying an intake for it tomorrow. I need POWER! Any suggestions on what bolt ons to add next? Sorry if this question is already posted somewhere else, I tried searching and found the question posted on g35s so I wanted to be specific. I have a tuner as well but want to add a couple bolt ons before I have him tune it all. Whats the best bang for my buck?
Thanks guys. Sorry for my NOOBness. So cal Gs hope to see you at the track!

1. go to Myg37.com (link at to of page)
2. basic bolt-ons after a tune may give you a little power but without FI, there isn't a 'great bang-for-your-buck. Stillen Gen 3 intake and nice exhaust may add about 15 HP but that will run close to $1500 or more.
My advice would be nice wheels/tires, better sway bars, and nice coilovers like the KW v3.

From what i've seen and learned from owning and customizing two g35x' a 6spd manual sedan and now a g35xS along with some time with the convertable ipl, its a tough question to answer. Basically a little tuning on the mass air flow sensor, slightly different manifolds and a more free flowing exaust is what gives the ipl the extra power. All those mods are always the first three things I and most other g owners will do first. But the upside of the ipl is obviously its a lower and has a more performance minded suspension, better brakes, and lsd and such. I will keep an eye out for ipl mods while i'm deciding what to do with my xS. Bound to turn up something.i got a couple more ideas but you'd have take the motor down at least half way...
