I'm kidding. It doesn't look scary, but I know there are some members here on Driver that would be weary of a plenum cut apart into pieces and welded back together.
I'm done jacking your thread. Looks like there was some very good work done on the plenum and as long as those are all strong welds that are completely sealed then this thing can probably do much better then an unaltered plenum.
Free bump.

inside plenum?
Is that some type of RTV sealant on the inside of the plenum?
Do all the stock bolts still work to hold it on or do I need to buy longer bolts for the front three spots?
thanks.

I will be surprised if anyone buys this. Why buy a cut up plenum when you can buy a spacer that gives the same if not better effect. It looks scary dude face the fact. Someone cut the plenum and welded it back together how can people trust that?

^Well, before you go off and say that, I'd just like to offer my input. Although I can't comment on this particular piece.....but upgraded plenums (ie crawford, tallboy) are better than spacers for one paricular reason:
they both raise the height of the plenum in order allow room for more air inside and especially to give more airflow to the front 2 collectors. If you look at the stock plenum, it slopes down toward the front. Adding an even 5/6 or 1/2 spacer doesn't not get rid of the slope. Yes, it will give it more room, but the slope is still there, just raised. Aftermarket plenums are an even taller spec all throughout, which in theory, gives all 6 collectors the same amount, allowing a more even intake airflow.
So, with that said: OP, if you take a side view of the plenum, it will give buyers an idea how it was altered. My guess is that they raised the front to make it more evenly throughout. If that's the case, then it would be a very beneficial gain over the stock plenum.
