Searched and searched....and searched some more

I've searched the forum for at least 3 hours. I've entered "bose amp", "bose amp wiring", "wiring diagram", "amp wiring diagram"....etc, and have not found the answer to my question. I've also tried to google. I did run across a few post where someone was wanting to know the answer to the same question I have but no one ever responded. I figured maybe no one knows the answer? Either way I thought I'd try one last time.

I have a 2004 sedan with the Bose system and would REAlly appreciate if someone could tell me what wires correspond with what speakers from the amp. I located the amp and took it down and see a white harness and a blue one. Does anyone know the what wires go to which speakers.

If you know the answer....PLEASE HELP!!!!

I got the diagrams for 2003 G35 Bose system.
I don't know if 2004 Bose model has the same configurations as 2003 Bose one.
You might want to check them out. g/l.

Sorry, I don't understand that diagram.

I appreciate you at least responding to my question. I found that diagram when I used the search option but I cannot really understand it.

I find it hard to believe that out of all the car audio pros on here that are very familiar with G35's no one knows the wire diagram on the bose amp or can just simply say the yellow wire is for the left front speaker neg, the green/blk are the frt lft positive, etc.

Anyone? Por favor?

I am getting sadder by the hour because if I get no response to this I will have to pay a shop $150 to have them install my JL audio cleansweep. Fooooey!!

I also seen this post but I was under the impression that a JL audio Cleansweep worked best if hooked up after the amp signal not prior to the amp signal at the head unit. Is this not correct?

Thanks fellas

You don't need a cleansweep or similiar device. The outputs from the HU are all low-level unporcessed. Something that JL and/or the shop you frequent will fail to advise you at the risk of losing a sale.

Don't connect to the audio signal after the amp. That's where the bad stuff happens to the audio signal.

I'm using the Cleansweep not so much to clean up any factory equalization, but because I used to have it installed in my Nissan Titan and since the Cleansweep comes with an aux input, why spend another $150-$200 on a device that will allow me to use my ipod.

From my understanding, the Cleansweep cleans up the signal so it doesn't matter that it's messed up after the amp.

Maybe I'll just use the color code Gilley posted and hook up the cleansweep at the headunit. I just didn't want to do that because I've read several post that say after the amp is better because the signal from the headunit is not very strong. Is that true?

Then I can somewhat understand, although the Titan didnt need it either. A simple AUX or iPod input would have suited you fine for both vehicles. Also AUX input devices are Substantially less than that $150-$200 mark you mentioned.
