I found that if you remove the trim around the clock first, you can feel behide the dash and push out the clips that connect that thin plastic trim over the nav screen/pocket. instead of using a small flathead to pry it out.

i didnt install the long thin trim piece in that last pic cause my installer needs to remove the headunit again, and he keeps installing that thing wrong and bending the clips... : (

in this pic, you only need to put the car in reverse to insert/ remove a cd/ dvd...

if you can see, he broke the trim piece in the shift ****, $156... he agrees to pay for it...

he also broke the dual-climate control button, it wobbles in the housing... $400.20... he agreed to replace that part, which can't be purchased seperately, needs to come with the motherboard i guess (i think thats why its so expensive)...
