I'm putting some serious thought into that Pioneer AVH-P4300DVD set up.
And thanks Wrathernaut for the massive resource/references .

Anything under $300's considered cheap for the JDM - check the listed references in my shopping list at the top of the forum.

No, but it's on my Amazon wish list.

After driving a G37 with the on-screen parking guidance, it's the only way I'd go. The extra money for the guidance is much less than bodywork if you happen to mis-judge something due to the distorted view on your screen.

but ya know what... the Metra just FITS so well.. so clean with the DD unit.. the JDM LOOKS good with the console.. but the fit is OFF without custom trimming the crap out of the bezel with a filler panel or black foam... 50/50 on this.

Dual button

How did you solder the LEDs?
I am having such a hard time doing it. Tried 3 LEDs already from my OEM and still doesn't work, just doesn't light up, I'm assuming I'm burning them while soldering.
The button was fine, no problem.. the dual function works now on the climate control, but those LEDs... MAn...

I'm an active member on my local forum, ChicagoZ, but thanks to the resources on this site and especially Wrathernaut, my buddy and I were able to install everything successfully this past sunday!

You can modify the trim:
https://g35driver.com/forums/audio-v...tock-face.html

But you can't modify the a/c controls, so at the very least, you'll need them.
