Navigation pocket?

I'm debating wether or not to take out my oem navigation and run a double din with nav. However, if i were to do this, i would have the navigation pocket completely empty. I can't imagine putting a screen in there since the double din would already be a screen with nav.

No this is not a "should i run nav or not" thread like the other one listed in this forum.

My question, what have you guys done custom with your nav pocket? Wether or not it had navigation from the factory or not.

I was thinking about possibly setting up some pop up guages for boost, but im unsure if that would work since the gauges are relatively thick.

Pictures and/or details appreciated!

I'm a fan of keeping everything looking as factory as possible, so having things buldging above that location is out of the question.

If you search hard enough, you'll find somebody who custom-built a center channel enclosure and put a speaker in there.

I dunno, camera mount? Tiny wine bottle and glasses? Condom dispenser? Single shot .22 pistol? A big red "DO NOT PRESS" button? An iPod mount?

why not use up more of the space make a new wall and put gauges in there, along with an ipod mount... or run a computer screen get a pc throw it in and run tuning software 24/7.

Yeah, that'll prevent STD better than the condoms.

By preventing you from getting laid

lol

back on topic, does anyone know of any companies who make "slim" gauges (is there such a thing?) similar to how car audio manufacturers are making "slim" subwoofers
