So, can we call Clarion on this issue or we pretty much screwed? Anyone get anything resolved yet? I have a feeling we are going to get reamed on this one and just have to live with it. Hope someone gets some sort of resolution from this. I'm thinking it won't be me :-(

 

I talked to Bose and they confirmed if there was an issue with the HU, then it is definitely a defect that needs to be handled by the dealership and through warranty. I have been trying to simulate all the effects everyone is having, but have not been able to on my system. Don't know if this is an issue on '05 models.. regardless my sounds fine!

 

Mine is an '05 with the premium package. I experience the problem constantly with my radio.
