2005 G35 w/ Bose - Bass Issue - Need Advice

I've been reading through this forum for the last 3 days and taking notes. I have what looks to be a common issue. I'm not satisfied with the sound in my 2005 G35 Sedan w/ Bose audio. In particular the bass output, or lack there of. Like many people on this forum Im not looking for super deep hard hitting thump. I just want something that sounds clean, crisp, full and tight. I am considering a few different options, including the "front soundstage" optiin, and would like an experts opinion/recommendation on what brand/model(s) to consider for the following items:

1. Subwoofer (to fit rear deck no box)
2. Amp (subwoofer only)
3. Receiver
4. Door Speakers
5. Rear Deck Speakers
6. Amp (for all of the above)

Ideally I'm looking for tried and true quality that won't break the bank. Kindof like the G35. I just bought my 2005 with 58K miles for $6500. Which is to say, I believe top notch performance can be found a decent price point. Ideally I'd like to upgrade the sound for appox $500-700 if possible. Thus, thoughts on which items to replace (eg. Receiver, woofer and amp only) are most definitely welcome.

Any advice, suggestions and recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

Open to either...leaning towards double because I think it will look cleaner...not a huge fan of Bluetooth though because it never seems to work properly...will probably run most music through USB or Aux.

One option is to install the G37 sedan sub. I don't remember if it was an actual Bose speaker, or just better quality than the one in the G35 sedan. Should be able to find one cheap off eBay or car-part.
