AUX Cord install 2003 Sedan ?

AUX Cord install 2003 Sedan ?
Hey I recently bought a 03 sedan I'm trying to install an AUX cord with the stock radio.
I have the Bose system and my radio has the SAT button, but I went and searched the trunk and I do not have the Satellite radio harness/plug, (apparently from what I've read some of the 03s weren't wired with it?). So an adapter that connects back there is out.
From what I understand I can buy this: and it will physically attach at the rear of my radio and will provide an AUX in when I press the SAT button. Is that accurate?
