Going to see if i can find it. I wonder why when I shut my car door or bang on the rear window the sub gives off bass, maybe a bad ground or RCA too close to other wires? Where did you guys ground the amps at? I was thinking under the rear seat

i just did it to the metal in the trunk
make sure you take some sand paper and sond off the paint to get a good contact. also make sure that you ground the loc if it came with a ground wire

How about this: When i turn my car off and exit , shutting the door the speaker gives off bass, could this be due to the RCA cable placement? I am going to ground the LOC and reground my amp tonight along with the remote wire hook up and see what happens.

Thanks for the help all ; )

Ok, everything works fine now. I sanded contacts and regrounded the amp/LOC and spliced into the remote switch/connected the amp, it finally turns on and off with the car now :P Now I am just waiting on my box to come in. I will buy another sub since I have a 12 now and the box is for a 10, does anyone have a suggestion what to couple to a Alpine MRD M300 V12? 340W, I was thinking a JL 10W3
