Heat gun my friend. They are about 15-40 dollars and the risk is so much less for warping. You can follow the guides for baking your headlight but I will not be in that group.

Very nice. Did you take pictures? It would be neat to see more updated pictures along with what temp setting and time for baking Hog. What clear lens did you go with?

please note that for some odd reason my TSX-r lense are about .01mm smaller then my stock lense. A rubber band work great to make up the different... And believe me it is NEEDED to keep the lense in place idgaf if punch all the lense keeper tabs in.

Oh man that TSX lens looks very nice.

Know this, if you paint the chrome pieces you NEED to let it dry for a good amount of time. Digital deviant got his custom painted and the seller out the out plastic right back on. It turned the plastic green from some paint curing so don't rush the project.

Damn! I don't know the member, plus I'm in now hurry. I'm pimping my "grocery getter" 96 s10 blazer. Tho I was able to get some color on my cut off line. Real light purple, orangey, blue. But then I kill my battery, so I'm still playing with the projectors too

I'm excited for your pics. Not all projectors are created equal and yours sound like a great set!

first one was a snap to get right. I had to use 3 spacers from TRS, in person you can see (top-button) purple, dark red, Orangeish, blue, and teal

Inside shot

Second one needs more work. I took a picture of the second one from inside using 3 spacer as well but it was no where near the sharpness or the color of the first projection, so I cut my own spacer out bring it to 4 spacers total which cleaned it up nicely. But on the outside shot it was way,way off. It had no sharpness and way to much color compared to the first one.
