Any after-market sources recommended for those of you who have replaced window motors out of warranty? I have an 04.. I know one large supplier also provides reman (w/ or w/o regulator) motors:

just finished working on my window but noticed that the motor has very little torque (even after cleaning it). the motor works but not when it's in place. i guess i need a new motor but at least i know i'll be saving $$ on the labor. thanks. again.

I took mine motor out, used MAF cleaner on the copper wiring, 1000 grid sand paper around the copper plating, use a needle to clean between, and WD 40 into all the holes in the motor assembly. q-tip the residue. white lithium grease around the thread, motor contact.

if you need to reset the window because it wont roll all the way up, with the door open hold the down switch for 5 secs after its down, and close the door hold up switch for 5 secs after its all the way up.

some pics... found 3 window flyer in the bottom the door
