lowering springs - pics and feedback needed

whats up yall

i want to lower my G and wanted to get your feedback on the springs out there and any pics you may have so i can compare the drop.

i dont want to drop it too low, but low enough to where it looks and handles better. i want to avoid scraping driveways, etc.

let me know what you think!

Using anything more than Tein H Tech will require camber kits, i.e. $$$$$$.

If you want a more subtle drop, dont get s tech's. To be honest, im really not that happy with my drop. It looks great, but rides much stiffer than i would like and I do have to drive smart so I dont scrape pulling out of some parking lots and driveways. If i had it to do it all over again i would have put out the extra cash to get tein coilovers. I give my S techs a 4/10.

i have 350z h techs with my oem 17s. so far, i am happy with the drop in the front. but the rear is a different story right now. hopefully when i get my wheels in a week or two with the right offsets the rear will look better.

but as for right now, i wish i got the g35 s techs.

it sounds like you want 350z h techs - very popular here on the forums. its a very subtle, yet noticeable drop. nothing to extreme yet it still looks nice.

Hero, trim the rubber upper spring mounts to get the drop in the back to even up. I just did this a month ago and it settled to a perfect 1 finger gap in the rear. Do a search under my name and it will show up, however, a camber kit in the rear will be required

yeh i saw that post. good right up. but i have a couple of concerns...

first off, i dont feel comfortable doing that work myself. anything that i dont have experience with i like to have done with a friend with experience. but thats just a personal thing. so the question is, where are you located?

secondly, how is your negative camber? were you able to get back into specs or at least close to it?
