so to sum it up..
anything less than a 1" drop you should not need a camber kit/shocks. you should be fine with just the springs.
anything more than a 1" drop you should definitely get a camber kit, imo. the only exception to this is the g35 s techs, imo. those you will want to consider a camber kit but personally i dont think you NEED it.
from what i understand, tein springs seem to be the most popular because most people like the comfort/looks of the drops they offer. if im not mistaken, other springs such as eibach and tanabe pretty aggressive and you will want to get camber kits for those.
hope that helps a little...sorry if its confusing..im tired from studying for midterms..
maybe i can answer your question more clearly tomorrow, lol
good luck
btw, my choice of springs were the 350z h techs
oh yeh, and springs can take anywhere from 2 weeks to a 1.5 months to fully settle..so i am getting a lifetime alignment from firestone so i can align my car as many times as i want whenever i want..ive had my springs for about 2 weeks now and will be getting my first alignment this week, hopefully, and another in 4 weeks.

filanj, thanks for quoting me. but after rereading that right now...i think i contradicted myself a couple times in there
like i said, it was late and i was tired from studying for midterms
1)For the 350z S - tech will you need a Front and/or Rear camber kit?
i would assume yes, but idk because ive only seen 1 or 2 people dropped with these springs
2)For the G35 S - tech will you need a Front and/or Rear camber kit?
you dont need one but youll probably want one to maxamized tire life. if anything, youll want to get the rear camber kit.
3)For the 350z H - tech will you need a Front and/or Rear camber kit?
you should be able to get the rears back into spec. but since you cant really adjust the front, youre kind of screwed there. most people with z h techs dont get any camber kit. the front will be out of spec but not by too much.
4)For the G35 H - tech will you need a Front and/or Rear camber kit?
no. this is a very subtle drop iirc.
5)Average cost for 350z S - tech?
150ish - depending on where you go you can finder lower or higher
6)Average cost for G35 S - tech?
150ish - depending on where you go you can finder lower or higher
7)Average cost for 350z H - tech?
jscspeed - 139 shipped to your door. if you get them from someone else, expect to pay around 150ish.
8)Average cost for G35 H - tech?
150ish - depending on where you go you can finder lower or higher
9)Average cost for a front camber kit?
too much for me (at the moment). also needs to consider the brand...
10)Average cost for a rear camber kit?
lots of people get the spc. i think it's on sale right now for 200 or so
check this thread. i found it to be very helpful.

also take into consideration...
with an aggressive drop you might need to roll/shave your fenders - depending on your wheel size and offsets too. some people have a problem with rolling/shaving their fenders but imo it's not that big of a deal
and ride quality. spring rates are different for z h/s techs and g h/s techs.
if you wanna slam your g...look into eibach/tanabe springs.
or...if you have the money...coils

....go get the Z h-tech its stiffer and a bigger drop

I second the use of Z H-techs as well, but its not an even drop so to fix it, trim the rubber springmounts 1/4-1/2" in the rear. The SPC rear camber kit can be had for <$200 also so I don't see why it shouldn't be install to save your tires. You may be able to get back within the stock specs without a camber kit, but the specs are so wide that it won't mean your tires won't wear evenly. The ideal alignment spec is right in the middle of the specs, which you won't be able to get back to without a camber kit.
