Wow. Looks like the fronts are pretty damn stiff vs oem and the rears are on par with some of the aftermarket spring rates:

BTW i know u can order 10kg/12kg springs from the retailer when u order these coilovers.

It was always my understanding that you choose the appropiate spring rates for your application. Then find shocks that can handle the spring rates you choose.
After in installed my SPL endlinks in the back and did an alignment with –2.25 camber in the back and –1.75 camber in the front ,I did some thorough testing in a 40mile hard canyon run with no traffic. Keep in mind this kind of alignment is almost how u would align a car for a track day. The toe was within specs for front and rear.
I started off with 10 clicks from soft in the front and 20 clicks in the back. Car was stuck to the ground, but the tail was too happy entering or exiting corners even 10 mph sweepers. Well I turned the rear down to 15 clicks from soft and left the front at 10. The car became very nice and balanced. Very nice handling and I made the conclusion that, depending on tires, surface the car should be about 5 clicks stiffer in the back to perform the way that I am used to. My swaybars are on stiff/stiff.
One thing about coilovers is u have to do a lot of trial and error where as springs u get used to one setting and drive accordingly. If people think coilovers automatically make ur car handle better is false, but If u tune it right then that’s where coilovers start shining over springs.

With regards to the cost of rebuilds and additional springs vs retail, just so its clear because I didnt see it mentioned...you are getting more than just a set of struts and springs when you order new.
You get adjuster extensions for the rear, pillow ball mounts and mounting hardware, dust boots, locking collars and collar wrenches. I would think when you send you're struts out for rebuilds you send out only the strut.
I'm very intriqued in what the BC coilovers offer. If I could get rid of my new dspec-tein setup I would probably pick up a pair.

I just installed the BC coilovers, I was wondering what would be the easiest way to adjust the rear coilovers to make them more stiff. I got this cable looking thing, which i think is used to adjust but I don't know what to do...

On my coupe, I ran the adjuster into the trunk. There is a little hole on each shocl tower where a wire clip is inseted. I removed the clip and opened the holes.
Some people have run the adjusters oftheir Tokicos up through the rear child seat latchs, where they are covered but somewhat accessible.

I just installed mine last night. Still playing with the settings. Installing my camber arms tonight also.
Right now I have the fronts set to 8 clicks from hard and the rears are set at 16 clicks(out of 32)
As far as adjusting the height its pretty easy, jack the car up and undo the collets, set them where you want them and tighten them back up. I finished mine up at 10 last night so didnt really adjust the car height really but Im almost tucking rim. Have to raise it up quite a bit after work today.
What are you guys running for settings. Right now the ride is pretty rough... thinking of softening the fronts a bit. Ive had Ground Control/Konis on past cars and Ive always ran the fronts stiffer than the rear.
