What do u prefer. Ride quality or looks?

I bring this up because it seems as if some guys here dont care how crappy or harsh thier car rides, as long as it looks hot and draws attention. Im 29. I've had over 15 different cars since my first car at 18. I've been through the whole dropping, big rims, etc... faze. Im now at that point where all i want is a car that looks nice from the factory, and rides the way it should. As of my last 3 cars (2000 acura tl, 03 nissan maxima, and now my 04 g35x) the only upgrades that i have done, and will consider is tints, music, and maybe a factory rim upgrade. Nothing aftermarket. Now im not knocking anyone else for wanting to mod thier cars to thier preference. Im just curious to know who here prefers looks over ride quality, or vice versa.

Vote.

no surprise to see the poll at 100% option A. this isn't civic/integra/hydraulics nation.

I dont know man. I've seen some posters here talking about how they got, or are putting 20"+ rims on thier cars. Surely this will sacrifice the quality of your ride. I dont care what anyone says. I've been there.

Why not both looks and a decent ride along with much improved handling? If you really wanted luxury, you should have bought a different car...

Whatever floats your boat but I prefer ride quality and not a bunch of bling/upgrades. You will never get your money out of them and I would no way in hell buy a car that has been modded especially as nice a car as the G35 is.

Our cars ride excellent in stock form. So if you're willing to have the looks along with a "decent" ride, then you're sacrificing ride quality for looks. Right?

Amen. These aint little 4banger honda's. No way will i sacrifice the ride quality of a classy sports sedan such as the g35 that cost in upwards of $30k.

No. I'm sacrificing a bit of ride comfort for better handling, response, and road feel. Comfort comes second, then looks. But since the scene originally revolves around high performance, if your car is set up for performance, it should already good to the masses.

Technically, it's an entry level sport luxury car. Or you can also look at it like a RWD Maxima or Accord because they're pretty much in the same class as Skylines in Japan.

Nissan rebadges it with their luxury logo and people automatically assume it's a luxury car, probably because it has leather and power everything, just like the new Civics...

Its considered sport/luxury. I doubt anybody's expecting this car to ride like a lexus ls or a lincoln. It is what it is. A luxury 4 door sports car.
