Phantom Cup Kit by Platinum VIP

I was just informed by a friend at Platinum VIP, he told me that they're doing a special for their Phantom Cup Kit.

I ordered mine and thought I'd pass this along to everyone.

"Vip car culture has many facets but all share one common denominator. Slamming your car as low as possible. This can be achieved in many ways. In the past the lowest way to go was airbag suspension. Although airbags could not offer the cornering and handling capabilities. But with popped bag comes the headache of having to get home or to a shop in "Limp" mode you aint going nowhere if you pop a bag. Then you have coilovers which are great for track but who has the time to sit down, pull out a jack and adjust your car. For two years now, there has been a secret weapon among some of Socal's finest Vip style cars. The Phantom Cup kit, this suspension system couples the best of both worlds without the risk of getting stranded by a failed component.

The Phantom Cup Kit is the brainchild of Platinum VIP located in Irwindale Ca., it can be mated to any coilover system on the market making it fit the widest variety of applications of any suspension system on the market. From Imports and Euros to Exotics and Trucks/Suvs its applications knows no limits."

From what I heard, this is for Southern California only.

it's noisy because of the shop's air compressor.... I demo'd a kit they had in a M35 and it wasnt like the video...

and plus this was made to ride with air filled in the cups which the Roberuta kit lacks.

with this kit, you can mimic air bag suspension setup.

the owner wanted this height as daily and raise it up only to tackle driveways and speedbumps.

All you have to do is dump your coils more.

This kit is meant to allow already low cars to avoid things like speed bumps and help with getting up a steep driveway, not dump it more itself.

the flyer says that most vehicles are only applicable w/ front kits only.

im guessing that the G35 is one of them because we dont have a true coilover suspension in the rear. Is anyone running a cup kit on their G yet?
