Scroll down and find the videos for brakes. And the only tool you may need to remove the rotors is a soft hammer to tap on it if it's being stubborn.

Some rotors (I believe my fronts did) have a hole in them you can put a machine screw/bolt in and the rotor will pop off - makes it a lot easier. IIRC I used a bolt from under the hood and it fit perfectly. When you pull your wheel off you will see if there is a threaded hole in the rotor for this or not.

^Yes.
The rears might be stuck (mine were)
If so, make sure your parking brake is released, and beat around the 'drum' part of the rotor, striking toward the hub, all the way around. That should help it pop off.
Be careful sticking stuff through the 'hole' in the back rotor. That is an access port for adjusting your parking brakes.
As far as tools go, make sure you have a 22mm socket handy for removing the front calipers. (You might be able to 'fudge' it with a 7/8th, just make sure you use a 6pt socket so you don't risk rounding any corners)
If you have any stuck bolts, remember a good penetrant like PB-Blaster will work wonders.

in the rear, there is a whole w/ a rubber cover on it, you remove it and then take a small screwdriver shine a light youll find a little thingy to turn, and that turns the emergency brakes which are on the inside looser so you can get the rotor off
in the front like was said bang with hammer

I just removed mine last night. The rears were an absolute b!tch! I adjusted the parking break and everything. I had to beat the hell out of them and soak them in PB blaster. One of the fronts popped right off. The other front wouldn't come off. I pounded for a while and then threaded a screw in the extra hole and it popped right off. I was surprised how tough they were to get off especially considering the fact that my car has never been driven in the winter. Also, the two larger bolts on the front calipers were extremely tough to get loose. I had to use PB blaster and a breaker bar.

I just replaced my fronts with R1Concepts slotted rotors and Posi Quiet extended wear brake pads 3 days ago. I will be replacing the rears this weekend. The first one took me about 45 minutes to do, that included finding the right tools and the machine screw for the rotors. The second one took me about 15 minutes. The 22mm bolts are a bit tough to loosen, but all it took was a bit of elbow grease. I did not use any penetrator at all. By the way my car has over 100K on and I do experience snow a few months a year. What helps is to use a grease or some sort of chain wax on all the bolts, including the wheel nuts, when you put them back on. This will prevent rust forming on the affected parts and make the next job a lot easier. From what most of you have said, the rears are a b!tch to do. Do the rear calipers require a screw type tool to retract?

^No. The calipers aren't the problem. They're easier than the front.
What makes the rears a pain is just that the rotors get stuck around the hub. Basically you just have to beat the crap out of them with a hammer and be careful you don't hit a stud.
