No the Z cover had to be cut for clearance in the area where the bar comes across to make it fit. I am sure that the stock G cover (if for some reason you wanted to keep it on) would have to be cut as well. FYI, the G plastic engine cover is known to retain heat, the car would much appreciate it being left off or replaced with a Z one .

if for some reason it does not fit the sedan - would you be willing to design an stb for us family-oriented-guys-in-disguise?
also - is a rear stb possible on the sedan?
attached pics of my max's stb's (which I still love to drive) front and rear for inspiration if you need it
