Even better! That's just $3.57 a day!

Kidding.

Is Aramex your only option? $10/lb sounds rather high.

What's city are you in and whats the postal code? We use TNT for international packages, we can give you a quote based on that.

Also, how long will you be in Kuwait for?

TNT is an international air courier service that we use. It would take about a week to get there. The estimated price is $4.00 a pound, much less than Aramex's $10 a pound. We also estimated a package weight at about 45 lbs.

We ship a lot of international packages using TNT for our customers over seas.

Let me know if you want to sign up

No sure if you saw, but they do offer an open slot rotor design, which is an improvement over the conventional drilled & slotted rotors.. With this they actually drill holes in the slots to help with cooling, relieve gases, and brake dust removal. Might be something to think about, unless of course, you are looking for the drilled & slotted just for cosmetics.

jdmgee35,

Sorry no plans for a drilled and slotted finish at the moment. We are only offering slotted or open slot finish.

Adrian is correct, our patented two piece open slot design is more effective than conventional drilled and slotted rotors. Drilled and slotted rotors are more for look, rather than performance or durability. As Adrian said, our open slot is an improvement, the open slots help relieve gases, it provides an open pathway for brake dust to follow and unlike drilled and slotted rotors, our open slot does not reduce your brake surface.

Overall, our open slot rotors are more effective and durable compared to drilled and slotted rotors.

As I posted before, many Corvette Z06 track customers are starting to prefer our open slot design over the traditional slotted or drilled rotors because of the reasons above.

You can learn more about slotted vs drilled and slotted vs open slot rotors here: http://www.racingbrake.com/v/main/two_piece_compare.asp

Hey Clint... Thanks for showing me around your facility today... That was a great tour... It was really nice to see the quality and design of your products, and was also very educational for me.

Is it possible for you to post a couple of close up pictures of the open slots on your rotors? I have a coupe of guys on the other forums asking me about this and it'd be nice to show them a close up of what it looks like.

I've had RB rotors before, the quality of finish is impressive.

...One thing to note about the Open slots is, they are designed to work with the internal vanes.
They aren't just random cuts.

No problemo. Anything to help get this ball rolling!

Man, you guys and your talk about the open slots is making me want to get them... i just never had good experience with regular-slotted rotors (although i'm getting it here given the options).

<--- torn.
