Is this a good price for a used G35?

http://www.cars.com/go/search/detail...eadExists=true
I found this and can't decide? I lowered it down to 15k but I still think it's not that good of a deal since I have to pay tax. What would be a good price considering the miles? Also I'm going to check the car out tomorrow, anything I should check to make sure nothing is wrong with the car?
thanks guys

Wow that's a lot of miles on an '04! You should check out the carfax report if you haven't yet. The price is reasonable considering

the mileage, but give this car a thorough inspection, the owner must have driven this thing to the max (possibly abused)

I would stay away from this car. Thats a lot of mileage for an 04. Its better to pay a couple grand more to get one with less mileage and not worry about any major problems. Just my .02
