Question Good price for an '04 coupe?

Hey guys, I've been reading this forum for the past week and have learned so much from everybody on the forum, just want to say thanks. I am in the market for a G35c and am getting a quote from the dealer for $33,240 for an 04. Is this a good price? It has nav and everything, but I would still have to purchase a spoiler and OEM 19's (what does oem stand for anyways? ) Do you think I could talk the dealer into including them in for the same price, and thus make the $33,240 a fair price? Specs: DG/B int., 20K mi. Thanks for any and all input!

I bought my 04 for less than $30k with every option, and 13K miles, in early 05.

OEM = original equipment manufacturer

Does it have navi?

I bought my 04 Coupe NEW w/o NAVI or AERO (but everything else including prem pkg and wheel and tire upgrade and rear spoiler) for 33.6k so that price seems kinda high.

I was looking in August 2005 for an 04 6MT and the dealers were giving me those prices without navi. I asked one dealer what I could get for $30k and he told me an 03 with 30k+ miles. I ended up buying an 04 6MT with 16k miles, navi and tint for less that $30k from a private seller. Good luck!

If you have been reading this forum, you would know that ppl are getting near inovice on the 06s and couple of dealerships are actually saying they will let one go for inovice! if you can find an brand new 05's? you probably can get it for 35k with prem/19's/Navi (1k below invoice). Dont pay more than 30k for that 04s...The OEM 19's from dealership are quite expensive, why not looking into some aftermarket wheels?

Forgive my ignorance, but what is invoice price and how can I tell what it is, none of the dealerships in Louisiana have any new 05's in stock though, may have to research and end up traveling to Tx or Ms. This is the first time I am buying a car, and even though I have been researching a lot I guess I have not been doing enough. Thanks for the replies.

I have my '04 coupe for sale with every option except satellite radio. Mine is a 6-speed manual which includes the Brembo brake package and has the Infiniti Navigation system. I am in Dallas Texas area. You can see pictures of my car at http://beerviper.com/G35 and view the sales ad at http://tinyurl.com/8cez7.

If you are interested I could work with you on the price.

Generally, the invoice is what cost dealership paid for that car, but there are few others incentives dealership can get from manufacture, check Edmunds.com for the invoice price.

It will be hard to find brand new 05 left on dealer's lot, I would check Infiniti's website and find the dealership info in your area and call them to see if they still have some left or they might able to locate one for you.

Oh yeah, just to compare the price? I will be selling my 05 G with 19's for 32500
