Looking to buy a G

Hello,
I'm looking in to buying a G35 coupe 6MT and have a question about tires. I’m not a big fan of summer tires because they don’t last long, they are no good in the cold, and I don’t auto cross. I would really like all-season tires but I cant find any tire manufacture that makes the sizes I would need

So far I have found Michelin pilot sport a/s in the size 245/40/19 but they don’t make that same tire in the 225/40/19 size.

Conversely, Pirelli has an all season tires in the 225/40/19 size but does not have the 245/40/19 size.

Is my search futile?

Thanks for you help, and yes I did search the forums and found some good info on what people are doing for winter tire setups but not much on the all-seasons.

Phil

Get 245/35 for the fronts. If you look at people with aftermarket 19", that's what they run up front, it's the closest seup to stock plus you reduce the understeer.

It would get rid of the understeer, meaning it will handle better but it will also make it a bumpier ride..

Just take it from us and do a search of "aspect ratio" if you don't know how it works

http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html

Compare the diameter/circumference of the stock 225/40/19 and 245/35/19. You want the setup that's the closest to stock so that you don't "mess up the VDC".. like you said And the closest is 245/35.
