Anyone go to 401-Dixie Infiniti?
The service at Dixie has been the topic of discussion lots of times on here. Put Dixie in the search box and you'll get lots. Here's an old one.

If Mike is still the service Mgr. things might not have changed much.
Oakville seems to be a good place to go.

Well I had good experience so far. I had rims that were defective went there and they replaced the rims for free. Then I discover that they chiopped the new rims and so they replaced those for free no question ask either. So overall not bad
I live really close to Dixie/401 so I do go for the oil changes, just to keep the records up to date (at least until the warranty runs out) so that Infiniti Canada can't give me a hard time if I run into problems.
I would have to say that oil changes aren't too too bad. I've booked with them in advance and they usually get me in at opening time (7:30am) If you tell them that you will wait (I bring a coffee & paper or go across the street for breakfast) they can usually have me out within the hour. This is without exception.
HOWEVER, I am in total agreement with others on any kind of service. The TSB on the fuel filler issue took me over 4 months to get a call back to come in. They set me up with a loaner so it wasn't too too bad. But I also tried to get them to do SS brake lines on my car during one of my milestone services (25K I think). Here's my sad story: https://g35driver.com/forums/canada/96401-goodridge-stainless-steel-brake-lines-install-gta.html
They are slow and somewhat incapable. I have pretty much dedicated any real service to Jerry when he was over at Yorkville Infiniti and anything else is either done by a member reccommendation, or I do it myself!
I know I could do oil elsewhere, but they are SO close to me, I just bite the bullet on that one.
Just my two cents,
Albert

Great, thanks guys, really good to know. I'm hoping not to deal with much more than oil changes at the dealer anyways and I have the same issue as you kamikazei, they're just convenient distance-wise.
Thanks for the links by the way.

Tell us the bad and ugly.
Didn't 401- dixie Nissan and Infiniti had an issue where some lady's 350z was taken for a joy ride? I think she found out that her car was taken out for a drive when she received a 407 toll bill. It was on Silverman helps, I think. I would just be careful.
