Bad news & good news

The Bad
It looks like it may still be a while before the IB support team can work on our problem.

The good
As a temporary measure, until it can be sorted out, the Canadian Classifieds are re-opened.

Please note that the new posting rules will apply.

I forgot to point out that the new prefixes are in place,
which makes them easier to spot.
