ants in my vents =\

coming home from the gym today, i noticed like 15 ants on my driver's left air vent, coming out of the cracks of the vent, not inside it.....i freaked, and whenm i got home i blew into the cracks of it and alot more came out, small small ants almost like baby spider's.

I basically got some raid and spray'd it around just a little, imediately wiping it off......i know thats prob a bad idea but id ont want ant's living in my car. I pulled down the panel off the stearing whele and saw some more there, and spray'ed some there....and also i saw some coming from inside my window motor area.....i drive with the heater on max (on the highway, god its hot..) and by the time i got home again, the air/vent area was almost burning hot, i hope that took care of the problem, but can someone recommend something else to do? i see 1 or 2 random ones around my panel's and stuff....

i dont eat in my car, i didnt drop anything, somehow they got into the car =(

Never had em in my car, but have had those darn things around the old house (hope they don't invade my new one!).

Double-stick one of those small Ant Bait "hotels" (Raid/ Grant's Kills Ants/etc.) inside the panel right in the trail (if there is one left!)- they will carry the poison back to their nest and kill the other ants for you. May take a couple days...but it works!
