I am from Arizona, too...Don't get the black!! I have mine in Ivory Pearl and tan seats...it's still burning hot!!! Can't imaging outterior/seat in black/black or even black/tan...

OK, here's my two coupes, taken care of exactly the same way (machine polished, clay-bared, and freshly zaino'd for these pics):

Black:


Amethyst Graphite (Grey):


As you can see they are both sexy in their own way, but the black car has an amazing mirror-like quality that the grey will never have. That said, 30min after these pics were taken the black car had a nice mist of dust and pollen clearly visible all over it, whereas the grey car looked the same for over a week.... so... it is give n take

MalTX, great comparison... those pictures say a thousand words... and that being said, i will continue to buy black cars (just not infiniti due to their ****ty paint... but my mercedes is black and has an incredibly hard clearcoat)... i enjoy putting in the time to detail my cars (it's very relaxing 'me' time) and black always showcases your efforts like no other color ever could...
