Turtle Wax "ICE"
I was at the auto part store picking up tire shine today and whiles i was there i desided to try this turtle wax ice stuff. I would never buy tutle wax because typically i see it as...not the best. This stuff is different though it is as thing as water its not thick like regular waxes. I am interested to see how it turns out...there is a money back guarantee on the box that says "If your not happy send the unused portion back for a full refund" so why not...?
Anyone ever used this stuff before?

Yes I used it about three weeks ago. I had just finished using the clay bar system from mother's and decided to try it, it is easy to use and came off real easy. You can use it make the black plastic look good also, trippy stuff. I changed to another brand last weekend, and as it had not rained here do not know how well it would have held up....but it shined.

Well i just washed and dried the car…now I am applying the first coat of that turtle ice. So far I am EXTREMELY impressed, I didn’t think I would be impressed at all, but I am.
You know how you get that white stuff around the door handles and you can’t get it out? This wax goes on as though you just put water on a rag and then wiped it over your car…it doesn’t leave a thick residue at all.
If any of you have any experience with the product called rain-x, this is very similar in how it works. They give you a foam pad and you put some on and just wipe it over your hood instead of windshield. It then leaves a very very light haze and you just wipe away.
So far the shine on my black coupe has never been this "shiny". I will report back after i do some more and look at it more closely.

I have always felt that Turtle Wax is a cheap-out, but that is from using it many years ago, maybe it has improved..

Sorry i did not get back to you guys last night. The ice wax is not as amazing as it seemed, but i will say that it is a kick a$$ product for a quick detail. It took me about 20 min to wax the whole car and in my opinion it looks just as good as the meguires NXT wax.
The great thing that i like about it is you can put it on the plastic trim by the mirriors and it makes it look wet without and white residue behind...you can also put it on the rubber material around the windsheild and lower part of the windows and it adds a great shine to it.
If you wash your car alot and don't want to have to deal with that thick wax every few weeks then this stuff will be your best friend IMO.
