AP 303! Amazing.....

I tried Aerospace Protectant today and all i can say is....WOW...My whole car was dirty so i thought i clean it up...I was given a tip by many people that the best way to clean dashboard was to mix the carwash soap with water, that worked some times..although the next day i saw lot of dust..lol.
but the AP worked great!. It's like the Zaino version of interior.aha..

I will make sure to go to Canadian tire to buy more few bottles for the winter. How often can you apply AP? Instead of using Leather cleaner from Zaino can i use AP from now on and than apply the leather conditional.
I just had problems cleaning the vents, maybe i should buy a paint brush...

I'm guesing i could use AP on my Matts
Any tips?

I first learned about 303 protectant with my boat and I have never bought Armorall or anything else since. It is great stuff and it doesn't dry things out like the silicone in AA does. I don't use it on my leather though. I love the smell of Zaino leather in a bottle too much to give it up. Z-10 makes my car smell continually new (although I can't keep the dog away from my hands after I use it)

Although Zaino's Z10, is a leather conditioner, it works just as well on plastics and vinyl, leaving a dry to the touch matte finish.

Meguiar's #40 is another good interior protectant (has slight cleaning properties).

Someone told you to use car shampoo in the interior? I guess I can't see why it wouldn't work....but I've never heard that before.

Remember that 303 doesn't have any cleaning properties...its strictly a protectant and finish. So you will still need some sort of cleaner for tough spots.

^ I use 303 on my seats as well. I wouldn't use anything else than 303 on my interior.

Hey,
Thanks for the reply guys, i was thinking maybe 303 also cleans the area....in that case should i just wipe the dust off the dash etc or what do you recommend i should use to clean the dash before i apply 303.

Hey Joyriide1113,

Do you have a new phone number? Because you where suppose to finish my car on Oct. 7th (left white stripes on my roof, doors, windows, etc.), but you never called me back. Been calling you since that day...

Classy! Quite frankly, I would prefer you left me messages via PM rather than publicly post misinformation.

On another note, I go over all my customer's cars inch by inch after a detail to make sure everything is set and alright, so as to not have to come back to a job, especially when its a county away. I don't remember any tape residue on the body lines and surely don't remember you noticing any either while I went over your paint infront of you, inch by inch, with a XENON SPOTLIGHT.

Thanks for your post, I'm sure all seven of them have been as helpful as this one.
