Plan to tint in Jersey

I plan to tint the car but I don't want real dark stuff that attract the cops and have problem with state inspection. I want top quality stuff. What are the top tint brands do you recommend for my purpose? Many thanks in advance

Madico tint or if you can afford it go with Huper Optik, both are great tints and look really good even at high percentages..Jersey cops are horrible with tint so make sure you don't go to dark..I'd say 35% at the darkest...Both these films are long lasting and can hold off excessive sunlight...Goodluck with your decision

I have 35% in NJ... bergen county. I wish I had gone with 25%. No need to worry about inspection since its four years away. Cops usually don't bother you unless you look like a punk.

G35Tuning, thanks for the tip. I would go with Madico and stick to 35% or higher so as to not attract the cops and no problem at the inspection later on.

Re: Plan to tint in Jersey

G35Tuning made a good choice w/ Madico. It's one of the clearest film on the mkt and offers one of the best heat reduction of all film manufacturers.

If you're curious to see what 35% look like, just take a look @ my profile and my "rides". My sedan has 35% all around and 55% fr. windshield while my coupe has 35% rears and 55% fronts incl windshield. Keep in mind, that these pics look darker than it actually is because the windshield is tinted.
