To Wax or not to Wax?
Just got these. Should I clean with Wheel Wax before mounting or should i just stick with Soap & Water? There are so many horror stories, im trying to stay clear of any issues...
you only have to be affraid of wheel cleaners, any wheel wax will ony help protect the wheel its worth protecting them while they are still new. Just make sure you regularly rinse the brake dust off cuz thats what eats into the wheels and wax cant really help you on that.
Yep, it's safe. Sealants work better than waxes due to a higher melting point, just rewax every month-ish and clean with simple car wash soap(not dawn, that will strip the wax) and water.

^ That sealant is for the paint, not the rims.
I recommend Poorboys World Wheel Sealant , it has worked great with my wheels.
