g35girl,
could you give me any discount codes if you have any now? i'm willing to buy now or when the discount applies.

it looks like most ppl here use either zaino or cg quick. what, if any, are some of the insights on the cg pro kit? is it much better than cg quick?

Wow, this thread grew! I started reading the forums over at autopia.com, and some of those guys really don't like CG at all.

They either recommend Zaino or Klasse. I'll probably end up trying Klasse, CG, and Zaino in that order.

Does anyone know if any major auto retailer sells Klasse? Napa or Pep Boys? I'm in San Jose....

z2g... aw, sorry. not right now. the codes usually came out in spring and summer for me. if you'd like to buy it asap, try PMing godzilla and ask him if there are any specials for g35driver.com members since CG is one of the site's sponsors.

Great summary! I use the Klasse twins myself. I wash my car every weekend (if its not raining) and I've been applying the Klasse high gloss sealant after each wash. I've got about 6 coats on the G now. Each coat seems to increase the depth and luster of the paint. My G is in Brilliant Silver, Klasse has really given it depth. Even after a week of commuting to work on the freeway, the shine comes through all the road grime and dirt.

I've been using CG since about...4k miles, i'm now at 16k and about 4 coats later i'm still very satisfied with CrystalGuard. On a side note, Crystal Guard treats their customers very well, heres what happen to me: I ordered a Large bottle of Crystal Guard quick, and from shipping across the country (Cali to North Carolina), the bottle broke and most of teh product leaked out. One call is all it took for the Gentlemen at Crystalguardl to send me another Large bottle and he even let me keep the old one!

Its easy, not time consuming, and In my opinion gets the job done.

what's the going price for a bottle of crystalguard quick? i've found a website that's selling it for $20 (small bottle) and $40 for the large. it's an extra $15 if i want the microfiber cloth with it. is that a good deal--with or without the microfiber cloth?

z2g... i got the large for about the same price (not including the discount code) from crystalguard.com, but did not get the cloth for $15. you can also try autogeek.net or autopia-carcare.com for the microfiber. good luck!
